At a promotional conference in Tokyo for the movie I Am Legend, Smith ended up talking too much and revealed the plotline of the movie before the audience who were in attendance. Ultimately, in an effort to damage control, the production team asked the audience not to leak the plot to anyone else.

After the filming for Creed was done and it went into production, Stallone posted an image of the production room, which showed a few papers lying about. One of the papers happened to be the climax of the movie, which revealed that Stallone’s character Rocky had cancer.
Rachel McAdams
She revealed that her character’s husband was going to witness his own death in the film, ‘The Time Traveller’s Wife’. She did it while having a foot-in-mouth moment on The Daily Show while speaking to the host.
